Cartwheel
Designed to teach the practitioner additional body maneuvering skills and gymnastics. Used in combat for escape and evasion. Cartwheels can be used to go from cover to cover, escaping an incoming attack, going with the flow of an attack or broadening the distance between oneself and an attacker.
Facing sideways leap in the facing direction onto both hands
Kick legs up and over your head, maintain the balance until the legs land

Start on your knees facing sideways
Lean your body in the direction of the technique and place the lead hand down
Kick rear leg up as you spring onto lead arm and place the right for assistance
Come up into a handstand and follow through with a cartwheel

Kicking up into opponent while cartwheeling away (Hands or face)
kicking head while cartwheeling from side to side
Looking with eyes the whole time you cartwheel
Cartwheel from your knees
One handed cartwheel
Moving behind one object to another (looking through doorway)
