📋 TERMS

1Arrival, setup, and departure must all occur within your booked time. Staff begins setup at your start time.
2Please instruct guests to arrive 15–20 minutes after your start time so setup is complete.
3Overtime is charged at 500 THB per 10-minute period if you exceed your reserved end time.
4No refunds. We reserve your date on payment.
5Regular NinjaGym policies apply for events and birthdays.
6500 THB refundable deposit is included in the total. It is returned in cash after the event if there is no overtime, damage, or extra cleanup needed.

💡 Before you book

Book at least 2 weeks prior, your date is held only after payment is verified. Cash bookings must be done while at the centre.
